Presentation of the Trek Slash+
Equipped with a long battery life and a lightweight frame, the new Trek Slash+ electric mountain bike combines the best aspects of mountain bikes. Here’s an overview of this versatile model.
A versatile and lightweight e-MTB
The Trek Slash+ e-MTB incorporates a high pivot point for better stability on rough terrain and an ABP system that frees the suspension during braking. Its main innovation lies in the integration of a lightweight motorization with a large battery. This model is positioned between the lightweight Fuel EXe and the classic Rail with a powerful Bosch CX motor.
To lighten this enduro MTB, Trek opted for a compact and lightweight TQ HPR50 motor, weighing only 1.8 kg. This motor delivers a maximum torque of 50 Nm quietly. Thanks to a carbon frame and a 580 Wh battery, the e-MTB weighs just over 20 kg. An optional 180 Wh battery extender can be added, offering a range of 3 to 7.5 hours.
Connectivity and options
The Trek app allows for mode adjustments, ride tracking with lots of riding information, and pairing with Strava and Komoot.

Two models make up the Trek Slash+ range, with differences in the transmission, hydraulic disc brakes, and suspension:
