Summary
The new scooter with ultra-fast charging by Tailg
The Chinese manufacturer Tailg recently launched a new compact scooter at the EICMA show, distinguished mainly by its ultra-fast charging capacity. The model, named S96MAX, incorporates a major innovation in the field of transmissions with its Star Ring Motor powertrain, which combines engine, transmission, and electronic control into a single compact unit.
Impressive performances
This scooter stands out for its performance with a top speed of 120 km/h. It can accelerate from 0 to 50 km/h in just 3.5 seconds thanks to a power of 15,000 W. Its range reaches about 150 km per full charge, a key feature for urban travel.
Fast charging capacity
One of the highlights of the S96MAX is its fast charging system. The Nebula Fast Charging system, derived from automotive technology and applied to two-wheelers, allows the battery to be charged up to 80% in just 10 minutes. This not only makes the charging process more efficient but also helps reduce the scooter’s development and production costs.
Advanced embedded technology
The S96MAX is equipped with cutting-edge technologies, including a TFT screen with multi-screen interaction, 55W wireless charging, as well as high-definition cameras at the front and rear, enriching the user experience and ensuring a safer ride.
