RGNT unveils the RGNT Turbo, a high-performance electric motorcycle
A new benchmark for RGNT
Known for its retro design models, RGNT introduces the RGNT Turbo, an electric motorcycle that pushes performance boundaries. Expected to launch in early 2025, this motorcycle stands out for its power while retaining the electric motor integrated into the rear wheel. Although its appearance remains close to previous models, the RGNT Turbo distinguishes itself with significant improvements.
Increased performance
Presented as an electric motorcycle equivalent to a 125, the RGNT Turbo boasts a maximum power of 46 kW, thus doubling the performance of the Classic and Scrambler models. In terms of performance, the motorcycle reaches a top speed of 120 km/h and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in only 4 seconds.
Range and charging
The battery capacity of the RGNT Turbo is not yet detailed, however, the manufacturer announces a range of 150 km in a combined cycle, suggesting a pack of about 12 kWh. Its charging, thanks to a Type 2 socket, will allow it to go from 20 to 80% in 1h30. The power of the onboard charger remains to be specified.
Marketing and price
Offered in two colors, including a purple and white model, the RGNT Turbo will be available from March 2025. The base price is announced at €9,995, a significant reduction compared to the current range beyond €12,000.
