Rebirth acquires Cycleurope France and its iconic brands
A strategy of continuous expansion
A recognized specialist in electric bicycles with brands like Easybike, Solex, Matra, and Coleen, the Rebirth group announces a major new acquisition: Cycleurope France. Under its former name Easybike, Rebirth continues to strengthen its presence in the electric and traditional bicycle market.
Enriched heritage and know-how
With the acquisition of Cycleurope, based in Romilly-sur-Seine in the Aube region, Rebirth gains long-standing expertise in bicycle manufacturing. Cycleurope is particularly known for its brands Gitane and Peugeot Cycles, which offer a wide range of classic and electric bicycles.
Expansion of the distribution network
This acquisition also allows Rebirth to control Vélo & Oxygen, a network of stores dedicated to the sale and repair of bicycles. This integration enhances the group’s ability to provide comprehensive service to its customers, from the purchase to the maintenance of their electric and traditional bicycles.
