The Nakamura E-CrossCity+ Midtail Cargo Bike from Intersport Available End of November
Although scheduled for September, the Nakamura E-CrossCity+ midtail electric cargo bike will finally be available at the end of November. Designed to carry 160 kg, it offers 70 kg of capacity on the rear rack and 10 kg in the front basket.
Capabilities and Features
The Nakamura E-CrossCity+ positions itself between the E-CrossCity, which supports 120 kg with 60 kg on the rear rack, and the Crossover Longtail, capable of carrying 170 kg and two children. Equipped with a seat, footrests for the passenger, and a handle under the saddle, it can accommodate a passenger weighing up to 70 kg, whether a child or an adult.
Availability and Price
Although its launch was announced for September 2024, the availability of the Nakamura E-CrossCity+ has been pushed back to the end of November. Its price remains set at €2200. This model positions itself as a direct competitor to the Jean II from Jean-Fourche, sold by pre-order at €2500 (then increasing to €2700), with delivery also planned for the end of November.
