Decathlon continues to innovate with its range of electric road bikes, launching the Van Rysel E-EDR CF this summer 2024, a high-end carbon model equipped with the Mahle X20 system.
Featuring a carbon frame and the lightweight rear Mahle X20 motor, the Van Rysel E-EDR CF electric road bike also features electronic shifting for under €4,000!
Technology and performance
Equipped with the Mahle X20 motor, compact, lightweight, and powerful, the Van Rysel E-EDR CF offers up to 200 km of range thanks to its 350 Wh battery, complemented by a 171 Wh range extender.
Compared to the previous aluminum model E-EDR AF, this new bike incorporates a carbon frame and fork, reducing its total weight to only 12 kg.
The Fulcrum E-Racing 400 DB wheels and Hutchinson Fusion 5 Performance 700×28 mm tires complete this bike, which can accept tires up to 32 mm for future modifications.
The 160 mm hydraulic disc brakes and Shimano 105 Di2 2×12-speed transmission ensure optimal control of this electric racing bike.

Offered at €3,800 on the official Decathlon website, the Van Rysel E-EDR CF is available in five sizes, from XS to XL, in a unique khaki green color.
